We do ask for payment at the time of your consultation either by cash, card or cheque. If you do have difficulties please speak to a member of staff before treatment commences. In the case of insurance claims the responsibility for payment remains that of the client, we generally do not operate a service for direct claims and ask clients to settle their bill in full with the surgery. However please speak to a member of staff if there are any difficulties with payment. We do also have a pet health plan available allowing you to spread the cost of treatment for routine vaccinations and parasite treatment and also receive a discount on other services within the practice.
