Laboratory Services

We carry out many in-house laboratory procedures using the latest equipment. This equipment is monitored online regularly to ensure its accuracy.

This enables us to carry out same day blood tests (chemistry/haematology and electrolyte) which is essential if we are to carry out pre anaesthetic checks, and obviously an advantage in cases of acute illness. We also carry out our own clinical pathology on blood and tissue/fluid samples to speed up diagnosis.

When we need to use the services of external laboratories, we don’t use the cheapest. We use the ones we consider best in their fields.
